I ordered a vape from them, unfortunately usps misplaced the package and my order was not delivered for a few weeks. When I finally received my package I hax already purchased a new vape and wanted to return this one. I asked customer service what I should do and they told me to write refuse and have the package sent back. I waited on them receiving the package and never got a refund. I reached out and the response I got was I couldn't return the package due to it being longer than 30 days. I tried explaining that the package got lost by usps and I didn't have the item in my possession until a few weeks after. They stopped replying to my email and basically I lost the money for the item and they wouldn't issue a refund even after explaining this to customer service. Really disappointed in the customer service offered by this company.
