Do not order from this site under any circumstances. They are completely fraudulent and lack customer service. The voicemail is full, and there is no email communication or replies. I placed an order for a $250 lighter, which never arrived, and now there is no response. This site is a scam—do not spend any money here, as you will not receive anything.
This platform is a total scam. It has been over a month, and I still haven't received my item. Their customer support claims it's out of their control because they handed it over to the shipping service, but that service disputes this and has evidence that the item with that tracking number was never scanned. When I mention this, they simply end the conversation. They are clearly taking advantage of people. AVOID THIS PLATFORM, there are countless better options available.
