I won’t be using this service again. I ordered a light fitting along with recommended bulbs from the website. The item arrived over a week later (only later did I realize it ships from mainland Europe). The bulbs didn’t fit the fitting (even though they were the correct type), and the customer service was terrible. It’s their mistake, yet I have to bear the cost. Having worked with many suppliers in the industry, I can confidently say this has been the worst experience.
