I’m rating this one star because I ordered 5 double tube fittings for a job, but there’s been no tracking information available, and I can’t reach anyone despite my attempts to email and call (the line disconnects). The project is still without lighting, and I can’t provide any updates since I haven’t received any myself.

The project is still without lights, and I have no updates to share since I haven’t received any myself.
I won’t be using this service again. I ordered a light fitting along with recommended bulbs from the website. The item arrived over a week later (only later did I realize it ships from mainland Europe). The bulbs didn’t fit the fitting (even though they were the correct type), and the customer service was terrible. It’s their mistake, yet I have to bear the cost. Having worked with many suppliers in the industry, I can confidently say this has been the worst experience.
The website stated same-day dispatch, but a week later the order hasn’t arrived. Reading the fine print, I discovered it ships from Europe, which is quite misleading. Maybe the products are good; I’ll find out when they finally arrive.
I can’t provide a review because I haven’t received the item. I didn’t realize it was coming from abroad and is stuck in customs. I had to buy another light locally to meet my deadline, and I paid extra for shipping as well. Not impressed at all.
