I have yet to receive my order. It was placed on the 9th, it’s now the 16th and according to your tracking ‘customs are exchanging information’ for the second time as it was supposed to be en route to my delivery destination 2 days ago?! Appreciate it’s a busy time of year but it’s also a busy time for me trying to finish jobs for my clients before Christmas. It would be easier for me to manage my clients expectations if I actually knew what was going on. Over to you.* Thanks for the response, my items arrived the day after I posted this.4 stars as I would have benefited from a couple more ‘clips’ to secure to the ceiling to achieve a truly flush finish.
