My experience with the service was nothing short of awful. They unnecessarily prolonged my bridging loan, making the entire process more stressful and costly than required. Instead of efficiently requesting documents, they asked for them one by one, constantly returning with “just one more thing.” This caused repeated delays and felt like a tactic to drag the process out and accumulate extra fees. There was no sense of urgency, poor communication, and a complete disregard for the time-sensitive nature of a bridging loan. I felt misled throughout, with no transparency about costs or timelines. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding this service. It was one of the worst professional experiences I’ve encountered.
