My experience with the service was extremely disappointing. They unnecessarily extended my bridging loan process, creating far more stress and expense than it should have involved. Instead of efficiently handling document requests, they asked for them individually, repeatedly coming back with “just one more thing.” This resulted in delays and felt like a strategy to prolong the process and increase fees. There was a lack of urgency, poor communication, and no respect for the time-sensitive nature of a bridging loan. I felt misled throughout, with no clarity on costs or timelines. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind, I strongly suggest steering clear. This was among the worst professional experiences I’ve ever had.
