If I could give this transaction a negative rating, I would! I ordered a Christmas gift last year, and the robe I received was of terrible quality. When I reached out for a return or refund, they offered me $25 instead. I declined and insisted on returning it, so I paid for return shipping to a location in another country, only to have it sent back to me after nine months because it wasn't a legitimate address.
