If I could give this transaction a negative rating, I absolutely would! I ordered a Christmas gift last year, and the item I received was of terrible quality. When I reached out for a return or refund, they only offered me $25, which I declined. I insisted on returning the item, so I ended up paying for shipping back to China, only to have it returned to me months later because the address was invalid.
I ordered a robe that looked amazing online, but when it arrived, it was completely different. The quality was awful, worth only a fraction of the price they charged. I asked for a refund, but instead of handling it properly, they offered me to keep the item with a minimal refund. This is a huge scam, and I regret not checking reviews before buying. Please be cautious and share your experiences.
