Horrible experience, avoid at all costs. Ordered two jackets that were way off from the advertised size. Medium felt more like extra small. They expect me to pay for return shipping to a distant location. They send lengthy emails trying to persuade me to keep them at a discount, but I have no idea what to do with items that don't fit. I will be filing formal complaints about this company. I wish I had checked their reviews before making a purchase.
