Tracking is impossible. It's a convoluted process that goes in circles. They insist on signing into an app, which adds to the confusion. I keep receiving emails about products, yet when trying to track my order, I get a message saying the email is invalid. It's incredibly frustrating. I can't track my order through payment services either. Never again!
