The purchase was not what I anticipated. I kept emailing them, and they insisted that the item must be returned to a distant location, even though the package originated locally. They provided high postage costs and mentioned that it would take two to four weeks to return. There's a contact number, but they reject your calls. Truly deceptive practices. I will never order from them again!
