I recently attempted to buy shoes for my wife from this company. They never arrived, and we had to send numerous messages to resolve the issue. We eventually escalated it to a supervisor, and we did receive a refund. It was the most painful and stressful shopping experience, with no product ever arriving. Extremely poor service. Consider yourself warned!
