Terrible experience, avoid. I ordered two jackets that were nowhere near the advertised size. Medium equated to extra small. The company expects me to cover return shipping to a distant location. They send long emails trying to convince me to keep them at a discount, but I have no idea what to do with items that don’t fit. I plan to file formal complaints against this company. I regret not checking their reviews beforehand. They clearly do not value customer service.
