I received only one of the two lamps ordered. No explanation was provided, so I reached out to the service, and they informed me the second one would arrive in the third week of November. Now it's December 2nd, and I still haven’t received it. They now claim it will be delivered sometime in January. It's frustrating to have to follow up, and I have little faith in the arrival of the second lamp. I would prefer to return the one I received and purchase a pair from elsewhere. The originals were ordered at the end of September.
