I bought an 'Edit Tiber USB Rechargeable LED Outdoor Table Lamp' which arrived faulty - it turns itself off after around 5 seconds. I tried the customer service number to which there's no answer and I've emailed four times now over 6 weeks with no response whatsoever. The return form on the website also doesn't work. What's going on?! Awful awful customer service, don't use.
