Ordered 2 lamps, one that was in stock. Happy to wait for the other, but expected delivery of the first one straight away. After more than a week I'd heard nothing so sent an email. A few days later got an apology and offer to send the in stock item. By this stage the other item was almost due to be in stock so agreed to wait so I only needed to be home for one delivery. Then the first item arrives on its own. Queried the second item and was assured it was in transit. Got tracking info for next day delivery. That was 2 days ago and it's apparently still at the depot. Won't be using again.
