After an initial good experience buying two picture lights, I decided to purchase over £400 of new lights for a property under renovation. Sadly this experience was poor to say the least. The products were shown as in stock when ordered and yet over three weeks later I still haven’t received my full order. Most of this is down to their delivery partner APC, BUT Customer Service at Lighting Direct is woeful. Despite umpteen emails and calls nobody has returned my call! I won’t be buying anything further… well done Lighting Direct!
