Nice item but not the 1 day service advertised. Ordered items from stock Friday 1.30pm for what is described as 1-day delivery. I called on the following Tuesday afternoon to find that they had not yet been dispatched. I received a confirmation of dispatch early on Wednesday.Reliable next day services are not unusual. So if it's offered, that is what customers reasonably expect. If it's late being packed and shipped, keep the customer informed so that they can make alternative arrangements.
