This companies customer service is appalling! They falsely advertised (EDIT PERRY FLUSH CEILING LIGHT) which was not what was delivered and their own customer service team acknowledged it was incorrect and therefore offered a full refund. Only 2 our of the 3 items were in stock at the time and those 2 were sent back. Surprisingly, their returns team couldn't see that they were 2 different lights and charged me £12.34 for returns. After complaining I eventually got this back and cancelled the 3rd light. The 3rd light fitting was still delivered and I wasn't able to return it through the normal website returns process, to which the customer care team said they had arranged for a collection last Friday. No one came to collect it. After calling the following Monday, it turns out nothing was processed and I wasted a day waiting for collection. The customer care team confirmed a full refund was processed that day (£23.99) though for some reason (not sure what exactly...) the returns invoice, even though it stated the full amount also deducted £12.99! The customer care team had 24 hours to come back to me with a response.. guess what.. nothing!Response to the reply from Lighting Directs: Yes this is the correct company and your team finally paid me back the money owed after 2 weeks of chasing with no answer as to why there was a delay.
