I recently ordered a ceiling fan with light which arrived very promptly. I arranged for an electrician to install it but, because of a design issue, we found it impossible to connect two of the pieces together. Attempts to telephone were unsuccessful (which was a frustration) but an email was answered with a call back the same day.
