My light was well packed and marked 'Fragile' but was broken in transit by YODEL. I phoned Lighting Direct and was answered by a human, not a chatbot or similar, within 10 seconds. I emailed a picture and a replacement was available within 30 minutes. Living not far from their premises I collected it on the same day, not being prepared to trust YODEL again. The way my issue was handled is the mark of a great company. To be fair to YODEL they too responded on the same day (to my review on Trustpilot) but Lighting Direct had already solved the issue.
