I ordered 9 lights last Saturday (10th) and on Monday received an email to say only 7 were in stock and the balance would be back in stock by 19th and would be sent out after that. I emailed to say I needed the entire order for the 19th due to installers being booked and didn't hear back which was a bit of a worry as I would have needed to source something else and my brief was quite specific. However on Monday I received a despatch note for 7 due to arrive on 14th and on 13th received another for the other 2. All arrived together and I'm thrilled. Brilliant service (although communication could be improved) but overall I'm a very happy customer. Thank you.
