I don’t like nasty surprises when I get to the final stages of placing my order. I was assured of free delivery at every stage of the process, but that was misleading. When I got to the final payment I was asked to pay a further £6.99 delivery. Given the value of the order I placed, this was a nasty surprise. Free delivery should mean free delivery, not free delivery in about a week if you don’t pay extra. This was dishonest.My advice is that you increase your prices by a tiny percentage so when you offer free delivery over a certain value this means free next day delivery, which is what most people would expect.
