Yet another company that has virtually no customer service I bought 4 wall lamps that turned out to be too small, disappointing but more disappointing is non existent their customer service. I read reviews and they seemed good, well they are good at taking your money appalling if you have a problem they simply dont want to know! You can't get anyone on the phone, if you email you get a computer generated reply saying they are busy and may get back to you in 2 days...suggestion...you are too busy for customers - you know those people that keep you in business- busy GET MORE STAFF instead of making customers suffer stress....Very quick to take your money, they even took the money to pay for my return (all done online) but have not arranged collection that I have paid £12.50 for and I can't get hold of anyone. Who knows if they will pick up my items and probably be another battle and hours of frustration trying to get refund. Their website sates hassle free returns THAT IS COMPLELTY UNTRUE. Luckily I paid by credit card so if they continue to not provide service I will report them to my credit card company! Why do "retailers think this is an acceptable way to carry out business? DISGRACEFUL
