Website was informative. Product priced well. Helpful hints about which bulb to buy. Product was handled with care by delivery company who were very efficient and kept me well informed. Product was well packaged. Only tip would be some instructions on how to loosen the light bulb fitting to remove the cardboard packaging although it was super helpful that they provided a plastic tool to do so, I was going by instinct more than anything and scared I might break the light! But it all went smoothly and the lamp is perfect. Thank you!
