I found exactly what I needed on Lighting Direct's website and ordering was straightforward. I was kept informed of the likely arrival time and the item arrived as expected. It appears to be exactly correct and in good order. However, their courier, contracted via Evri (Hermes, as was), left the box on our doorstep without apparently trying the doorbell or knocking. I tried the bell, once we realised the goods were there from an email advising that they had been delivered! The bell worked and could be heard everywhere inside. We were in the house, fortunately, otherwise this large box would have sat in full view of the public street, relying only on the integrity of passers by to avoid the package being taken by someone. It's a shame when an excellent product/service is let down by the courier's conduct. 3* not 5*, so may not use Lighting Direct again.
