I was very pleased with the product that I ordered. However when it arrived, and I was putting it up, I broke the light casing. I emailed lighting direct to see if I could obtain a replacement, and I was told No, as the units come to lighting direct packaged. This was a bit disappointing to realise there is no aftersales service. In my email to them I was quite honest in saying that I had broken the component, someone less honest than me could have said it was broken on arrival. I had intended to order another 3 similar fittings, but I am now looking around for an alternative supplier. A great shame that poor customer service let them down.
