My experience was terrible. I ordered 7 lightshades when I moved, having previously ordered one from this company 6 months ago, which I loved. I wanted one for each room. First, it took a month to receive the shades after I inquired about them. When they finally arrived, the sizes were completely different from what was listed on the website, and 3 were damaged. I attempted to return them, only to discover that it would cost £7.50 per box (they sent 5 boxes), totaling £75. I reached out for assistance, explaining I am disabled and cannot go out, and received a prompt response from a representative who said they would arrange FedEx for the return. I waited all day, but nothing happened. I emailed again with no response, called with no answer, and requested a callback that never came. They have effectively ignored me. I strongly advise against ordering from this company. I am now stuck with £300 worth of lampshades that would cost £75 to return. If everything had gone as planned, I would have exchanged them, but I will never deal with this company again. If you're thinking about making a purchase, please avoid them.
