“I have been a loyal Lighting Legends customer for years and its a shame as I thought they were a really good product and really good company! My original Outdoor Elite Festoon Waterproof Warm White Heavy Duty LED Connectable String Light set from March 2022 is still working perfectly, which proves these lights can be durable. However, two newer sets purchased in late 2024 failed after just 13 months due to a burnt-out connection point that repeatedly tripped my fuse box.Despite these being marketed as 'Elite' and 'Heavy Duty,' customer service refused a replacement, citing them being just outside the 12-month warranty. It is highly concerning that a product designed to be connected together failed in such a potentially hazardous way while my older set remains fine in the same environmental conditions. I expected better durability and a more proactive response to a safety-related fault.” If you are thinking of buying a set of these expecting long-term quality, be aware they may only last just past their 12-month warranty! A real shame. Lighting Legends have not put my review on their website !!!!!
