I find the fact they don’t have a phone number is really frustrating as there was an issue with my order and I requested to cancel before they were dispatched several times, but I’ve have no reply to my emails.The lights then arrived and I refused delivery so they would go back directly to them. I’ve now emailed twice since refusing delivery to explain the situation and request confirmation of when my order can be refunded…but as expected I have still nott received a reply. £170 odd has been taken from my credit card and I am concerned than no one seems to reply to me to confirm when I can expect it to be back on my card or even to acknowledge my contact. The box was sent directly back with Hermès and was not even opened.If someone at Lighting Legends can reply to my emails regarding Order #13192 that would be greatly appreciated. Basic customer service seems to be missing here, I’m hoping I get a reply soon so I don’t need to contact the ombudsman etc.ThanksJames
