I placed an order 7 weeks ago. This marks the fourth time I've reached out to customer service about the status of my shipment, and I still haven't received any answers. The tracking information shows a label was created two weeks ago, but the package hasn't moved since then. I first contacted them two weeks ago and was told the parcel had been sent. During my second inquiry, they promised to email me back, but that never happened. Two days ago, I followed up again via email and have yet to get a response. Today, I used their website chat and was told they would provide an update. I really hope to hear from them this time.
