I placed an order but it didn't arrive in time for my holiday. When I requested a refund I was refused & not even offered a credit on my account. They said that I didn't request the return in time but as I was on holiday this wasn't possible. The parcel arrived on the 10th March and I requested the return on the 1st April, so only 22 days in between. As this company is based in China, they obviously have different rules to the UK. Needless to say, I won't ever use this company again.
