Review Time
Ordered with a 2-3 week turnaround time. No communication or updates received. Chased my order 19 days after placing it to be told it would be an additional week. During communication voicing my displeasure at this they admitted it would actually be a further 15 days until I could expect to receive my order. Offers to cancel make me think it had not even been processed yet. Offers of discounts on future orders declined as will not be ordering again with such shocking communication. Can only hope the products are worth having when they do eventually arrive.
Shake down merchants. Delivered two shirts late then endless delays and excuses on the third so I asked a refund. Well rehearsed delaying tactics then partial refund (fine). Now they are asking for the two shirts back! So I pay, they delay and I end up with nothing? Steer clear.
Ordered a dress for an event and upon it's arrival it was poorly made and the wrong size. Tried returning it by calling, emailing, going thru there website return process and got absolutely nowhere. Got one email in response asking for additional info which I sent and never heard from them again. Tried getting my CC company to reverse the charges and they refused as Light in the Box told them the dress had been delivered and we had NOT reached out to them. A flat our lie. This company is awful if you need to return something. Avoid them
I stumbled upon this site and have been hooked ever since. They have a great selection of clothes (plus a bunch of other stuff!) and I have found that so far they all fit me well. Quality is good and prices are low compared to many other sites. It has become a favorite for me to "thumb through" and I almost always end up buying something. 5stars
Everything went well but annoyed about the returns system - bring forced into purchase another item in order to get money back. Also the sizing is ALL WRONG - why is a size 14 XL and 16 2XL - completely off putting
I bought four golf polos. All were large. All were different sizes. Beware! The return policy is horrendous and literally it cost you almost the same to return them then it did to buy them so now I have four shirts, different sizes and the is awful. Beware!

I did not know if I had ordered this item and could find where there was an email sent so I ordered another dress for a program I have. Now I will have 2 dresses and will have to return one of them. I will need instructions on how I can return one of these dresses.
