Ordered with a 2-3 week turnaround time. No communication or updates received. Chased my order 19 days after placing it to be told it would be an additional week. During communication voicing my displeasure at this they admitted it would actually be a further 15 days until I could expect to receive my order. Offers to cancel make me think it had not even been processed yet. Offers of discounts on future orders declined as will not be ordering again with such shocking communication. Can only hope the products are worth having when they do eventually arrive.
