My only minor complaint was regarding the Black Saturday sales. I placed two orders during that time and received a free gift with one (a presale invitation). However, my other order placed on Friday did not come with a gift (I loved my reindeer from last year). It was a free offer, so it’s the company's choice not to include it. A day later, I saw a free remote offer with purchases, which was frustrating since I would have waited for that. It's a small issue and I feel a bit petty mentioning it, but it did bother me. Nonetheless, it won't deter me from using or recommending these products. Perhaps some consistency with gift offers would be appreciated, and maybe additional tutorials on connecting items would help others see how it all works. Thank you.
