I received no reply regarding the issue I raised. When I assembled it, one component gave off a burning smell and melted. The only communication I received was an automated message stating, "New customer message on 14 December 2025 at 3:23," and nothing more. I'm uncertain whether to start posting negative reviews or to wait a little longer.
EDIT: My order was returned and refunded without issue. While I can't comment on the product quality, my experience with the company was disappointing. After spending hundreds on their Black Friday 'limited time' deals, they offered a better deal just hours later. I asked if they could extend the offer for me as a first-time buyer, and although they weren't obligated, I thought they might consider it after a $500 purchase. They declined. I also requested to cancel my order, which they did not allow. Additionally, the rewards points for such a large order did not register on my account. It's unfortunate, as I believed supporting a local company was the right choice, but in hindsight, I should have opted for cheaper alternatives.
I absolutely adore these products. They're user-friendly and the service is exceptional—quick and effective. I reached out with a question earlier this year and received a prompt, helpful response. As someone in her 50s who is new to this hobby, I assist others in chat groups with lighting setups, especially for winter displays, and I always recommend these products. My only minor complaint was regarding the Black Saturday sales. I placed two orders during that time and received a free gift with one (a presale invitation). However, my other order placed on Friday did not come with a gift (I loved my reindeer from last year). It was a free offer, so it’s the company's choice not to include it. A day later, I saw a free remote offer with purchases, which was frustrating since I would have waited for that. It's a small issue and I feel a bit petty mentioning it, but it did bother me. Nonetheless, it won't deter me from using or recommending these products. Perhaps some consistency with gift offers would be appreciated, and maybe additional tutorials on connecting items would help others see how it all works. Thank you.

The kit instructions are not helpful, and the installation can't be completed without a video guide. I paid over $400 and unfortunately cannot use it. Competitors provide detailed video guides. I’m left with no choice but to warn others against purchasing from this company while hoping that a usable installation guide becomes available.
