Communication was great from the get go, they turned up on time to do the installation, the guys were tidy, respectful of my property, informative, worked hard & efficiently. They were also very polite. I received a call a few days later to enquire if everything was okay to which I can honestly say it’s better than my last broadband provider & works brilliantly no problems.
