I need fast reliable internet working from home and living with 5 people in my house so everyone has 3 or 4 devices connected at once and you wouldn’t even notice it as the connection is brilliant. No lagging or buffering and so much cheaper than BT. Thank you We are glad we moved over to Lightning Fibre.

They installed cable exactly where I asked and talked me through process. They were both friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Lightning Fibre to friends and family.

Successful pairing with my new extender

My previous extender struggled to connect with my router, so I ordered a new one, which I believe is an updated version, and it arrived promptly. As a customer since 2021, I received helpful advice from a representative at the local office to update my router and they provided me with a new one. Now, everything is functioning smoothly. My only concern is that I wasn't aware my router needed an update. It might be beneficial to notify customers who require an updated router through a personal email. Perhaps this is already in place, but I'm not certain.
