As a customer since 2021, I received helpful advice from a representative at the local office to update my router and they provided me with a new one. Now, everything is functioning smoothly. My only concern is that I wasn't aware my router needed an update. It might be beneficial to notify customers who require an updated router through a personal email. Perhaps this is already in place, but I'm not certain.
