I purchased a skin tightening package for 6000. At the consultation I was asked to look in the mirror at my face, point out what I didn’t like. I pointed to the area and was told by the director;“That Will Be Gone” After my first treatment i could see the treatments weren’t going to work for me and I called to speak to the director who convinced me to have another treatment. She said my face didn’t get that way overnight and it would require additional treatments to see results. After the second treatment I asked for a refund or at least a reduction in the price of the package and I did not wish to continue with treatments. LightRx employees and corporate claim I have results from the treatments and refuse to refund any portion of the money I paid. I’m disputing the charges with the finance company.I think there should be a law against what they are doing to sign up people for these packages by make false and misleading statements to prospective clients. I’m considering a lawsuit, because at this point, it is really more about the principle of the thing. In all fairness I know the skin tightening treatments are not the equivalent to having a facelift but I expected to see the results I was promised.
