My experience was that worst ever. I contacted the number that was listed to inform them that I was running a few minutes late (13 minutes), and the corporate office said it was fine. Just to let them know if I was any later. I arrived at the exact time stated. Stood in a line with others waiting, to be told that I was 44 minutes late, and to take a seat, that they are totally booked and that they had no idea when I would be seen. I sat down for over 45 minutes to an hour. Asked when I might be seen, and was told they had no idea. They were others whose appointment was before me who had not been seen. I felt so humiliated that I just got up and left. No one ever followed up with me during my wait to say we are behind, but we will get to you shortly. This is the worst type of customer service that I’ve ever experienced. No one should have to deal with that. On top of that, it was the manager who was so rude. I will never return, as I have never received an apology or the follow-up call I was told I would receive. Nor did they offer any of my money back.
