Horrible costomer service. They will constantly cancel you but if you show up 5 min late they will still cancel you after they completely canceled. You i finally just stopped going mid treatments cuz these treatments r time sensitive and will not work skipping weeks in between. Nikki is horrible. Shes the worst one. But they all lie and have some bs excuse for everything. Pretty sad business there running.
