Each item was safely packed in a neat little box. However, all the little boxes were arranged in a large black plastic bag, and nothing held them in position, and the bag was even bigger than a bin bag. It was sealed along once but basically the boxes inside were soon loose, not held in a safe arrangement. So by the time they arrived at my house it was as if they had been thrown in the black bag and it did look just like a sack of rubbish. They needed to have been packed in a box .
