The variety of beautiful lights is impressive, but I often find myself getting lost in the menu. I sometimes get stuck in a section or lose access to something I had previously. When I find an item I really like, it often disappears before I can revisit it, only to reappear later in a different section. I end up spending a lot of time scrolling through numerous pages as if everything has been available all along.
I have been a customer since 2015! 😍 The products and service are outstanding. I've bought connectable string lights, clever staggered festoon lights, Tru glow red LED pillar candles with remote, red Christmas tree tapered candles with remote, and much more. It's clear I'm a BIG FAN. I highly recommend anyone looking to brighten their home to check out this company first.
I have ordered from the company many times over the years and have consistently had a positive experience. This time, I purchased some reindeer lights, but unfortunately, one plug was missing when I opened the box. Each reindeer was supposed to come with its own plug. I reached out to the support team and initially received automated responses requesting photos. This was a bit challenging since the issue was that the part was missing entirely. After requesting a human representative to review my issue, the difference was immediate. As soon as a real person took over, my problem was addressed promptly and efficiently. I was impressed with how quickly and professionally it was resolved. This is exactly why I keep returning as a customer. When it matters, their customer service is outstanding, and they genuinely care about resolving issues. Fantastic products, exceptional human customer service, and I will continue to shop with the company.
I have always appreciated this company, but my latest order arrived with a star that was only partially illuminated. I've reached out to them five times regarding a return or replacement, but there has been no response. While I understand this may be a busy period, it is their responsibility to ensure adequate staffing to maintain service quality. I'm still waiting and it seems unlikely I'll receive a replacement before the holiday.
I purchased a similar item from another site, but the payment went to an individual and I received nothing—no email, and PayPal issued a refund. However, the company provided confirmation and delivered quickly. It's important to be cautious with other sellers and always choose this service!
I ordered remote control tapers with a timer, but they don’t work with the remote or the timer! The candles are nice, but I'm disappointed they don't perform as I anticipated. I've checked online for information, yet they still won’t operate!
I took advantage of the January sales on lights that were still quite pricey. I didn't realize I would need an extension cord until recently, so I ordered one to ensure it would be compatible. It took a week to arrive, and unfortunately, it doesn't fit. I have spent a significant amount of money with this company. It’s incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend using their services.
These lights are just another set of mass-produced, low-quality solar lights that are available everywhere, but at a higher cost. They are quite dim and disappointing. It feels like just more disposable waste that ends up in landfills far too soon. If I were to consider solar lights again, I would likely choose from a well-known online retailer known for imported goods from overseas. However, I probably won't purchase solar lights again.
Delivery was incredibly fast. The compact Christmas tree is nice and full, and it's pre-lit. I added another string of lights since the tree could use a bit more illumination, and now it looks fantastic. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.
