I have always appreciated this company, but my latest order arrived with a star that was only partially illuminated. I've reached out to them five times regarding a return or replacement, but there has been no response. While I understand this may be a busy period, it is their responsibility to ensure adequate staffing to maintain service quality. I'm still waiting and it seems unlikely I'll receive a replacement before the holiday.
