I've been dealing with Zee from the Lightspeed Technical team for the last few weeks and can honestly say that I'm very impressed. He has gone above and beyond to sort out my issue. He called me when he said he would, always listened to what I had to say, came up with different options to try and solve the issue and followed up on a regular basis until I was satisfied with the outcome. I know that, should any further issues arise, I can contact him again and get them resolved. Thanks again Zee for all your help!!
