My inquiry was addressed quickly, and I received a callback within 10 minutes with an update, which is impressive, especially as many companies fail to do this nowadays. I've only been with the service for a couple of months, but the experience has been excellent overall.

One year with the service

We have been using the service for about a year now. Based in Essex, speed tests consistently show results between 400 Mbps to 700 Mbps, rarely going below that. However, when multiple people are gaming online simultaneously, the internet can struggle a bit and lag can occur at times. Overall, though, the internet performance is quite good, and I would recommend it!

Setup and customer support experience

I called in because I received a standby router due to stock issues with the one I was supposed to get. This wasn’t a problem for me, as I still got broadband on the installation date! I followed up to check when the router would be replaced, and it’s set to arrive on Tuesday. I found the support team to be very polite and helpful during my calls. The engineer was excellent, cleaning up after himself, and the representative I spoke with today was also very courteous and accommodating.
