Becareful when signing up to this broadband service as you have a 14day cooling off period but they tell you in person that it's from the activation day. But after we weren't receiving the speeds that we are paying for after a week of the broadband being installed we called customer services regarding this and we thought about cancelling the service to them because told that the 14day cooling off period starts from the day you sign up therefore we had our service installed 15 days after signing up so by the time our service was installed our cooling off period had already ran out. Which feels like a scam because you can't test the broadband before the cooling off period runs out there for locking you in a contract before you can even see if the service is any good, which in our case we've had awful speeds, we had better speeds with our old Vodafone deal on 75mbs which was always around that speed where with lightspeed we are ment to be getting 1gbs and we are getting between 10mbs and 60mbs which is shocking
