I had my service installed on Tuesday and it was initially fine. However, it went down at 6pm the same day and it took 7 phone calls to get back online (which didnt happen until 11am the next day!) . Apparently you hadnt registered the IP address properly.
It was then working fine but it's now gone down AGAIN 3 days later. I am really not happy- especially as I work from home. I have already missed meetings and lost money as a result of you being unable to provide a stable service that doesn't keep cutting out for several hours at a time.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!
